So you should copy sfman32.dll and sfms32.dll from the amd64 directory to C:\Windows\System32 (notice: not to SysWOW64 since these files are the 64-bit ones!) and register sfms32.dll by running in cmd: 'regsvr32 sfms32.dll'. in Daniel-K's Audigy support pack they are in
